Private Group active 1 month, 1 week agoThis is a group for the discussion of Campaign 10, which runs from Feb. 10 – April 25, 2012. If you are a Campaign 10 lead, you are in the right place!
Campaign 10 (abbreviated in this group as C10) was organized in order to celebrate CRY America’s 10th year in 2012 in a way that expands awareness of CRY America’s mission and brand. CRY America was incorporated in the U.S. in November, 2002, and since then has irreversibly transformed the lives of over 411,359 children living across 2,254 rural, tribal and urban communities through the support to 56 projects. As our website notes, this impact was possible only because of the support that CRY America has received from over 15,000 donors and 500 volunteers!
The campaign calls for a ten-week series of actions aimed at gaining evenwider support and recognition, focusing on:
- Reaching out to new donors
- Recruiting new Facebook supporters/followers
- Recruiting new active volunteers
As the name would imply, we’re keeping the number ‘10’ as our theme: for example, we’re looking for each action center to aim for collecting donations of $10 (or multiples of $10), recruiting 10 new volunteers, getting 10 new Facebook followers each week, etc. Join the discussion and see the ‘How To’ guide in our ‘documents’ section for more info!
